Welcome to Sirena Noir Books—a brick-and-mortar bookstore coming soon to downtown Southington, Connecticut.

 

Our online shop is currently dedicated to bookish merchandise, handmade creations, candles, reading accessories, and literary gifts.

Books will be available for purchase in our physical store, with the exception of our Date Between the Pages experience, which includes a surprise book.

This website is also where you can follow our story, read our blog, and find information about upcoming book clubs, author events, and special gatherings.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Sirena Noir Books.

​

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

To request a return or exchange, email info@sirenanoirbooks.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

 

Return conditions:

Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use.

 

Candles cannot be returned after they have been burned or used.

Tumblers, notebooks, and pens must be unused and returned in their original condition.

 

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

Damaged or incorrect items:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.​​

 

Refund processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

*Items returned outside this policy or showing signs of use may be refused.
